Some confusion here. Tusek operated the car on the 1954 A-A Rally. (Article on Rally woes in Time, Sep. 20, 1954.) 1954, 1957, and 1961 club Registers show Paul Tusek as owner. Tusek had the car at the 1958 meet. 1961 club Register has a separate entry for a 1908 H5 owned by Morris E. Kunkle, with the same serial #. Unclear when Melton owned this car.

Restored, AACA Senior 1st. James Melton bought the car in New Hampshire in the '40s and donated it to the museum. Very original, after 40 yrs. in the museum it was made to run in one day. Driven over 5,000 miles since restoration.
